    Responsible for the general internal office human resource function for the University System employees.
  - Classification, Examination and Compensation
    Develops, revises, and performs routine administration of the classification and corresponding examination system.

    This Report provides an overview of our business operations, an analysis and update of our many programs/initiatives, and a brief description of our agency action plan.

    Each university and agency covered by the State Universities Civil Service System is audited for compliance purposes once every two years.

English Language
If an applicant is unable to read and/or write the English language, an authorized monitor shall assist as needed. The need for special assistance shall be determined by the Employer. A Statement of Monitor Assistance form must be completed and attached to the examination materials.

Foreign Language
If the examination is to be translated into a foreign language, the Employer shall select a person other than relative or a close friend of the applicant, to perform the translation. A monitor authorized by the Employer shall administer the examination with assistance of a translator. A Statement of Monitor Assistance form must be completed and attached to examination materials.
