Class/Exam Status Notices

The Operations Division circulates class specification proposals to obtain feedback and recommendations on additions, revisions and deletions to the classification plan. The University System office encourages written comments or suggestions for each class specification and/or specification series.

As a part of the circulation process, Human Resource Office staff should contact employees who are members of bargaining units with whom the Employer conducts negotiations and inform appropriate union officials of any proposal, as necessary.
