parts (such as T/E and Written tests) are involved. A Written test (multiple-choice,

that he/she does not intend to complete the examination, the Personnel/Human
Resource(s) Office shall attach this information to the examination, and issue
a failing score of 00.00 INCOMPLETE. The register information shall indicate
the portion(s) not taken, as well as scores on other portions.

will be rescheduled.

An applicant who earns a low or failing score on an examination, and then states
that he/she is not feeling well at the time of examination, shall wait the specified
interval before rewriting. An exception to this procedure must be discussed
with the Director.
The monitor shall attach a statement to the examination explaining the cause
for the incomplete examination. The examination, register information, System
Answer Sheet, and Notice of Examination Score shall be marked as a failing score
