Job Description

This position will oversee and direct all functions of prospect research and management and is responsible for leveraging data analytics to optimize prospect management processes and enhance our organization's fundraising efforts. Incumbent will work closely with the development team to identify, prioritize, and cultivate prospective donors, ultimately driving revenue growth and furthering our mission.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Three (3) years of full-time or part-time equivalent professional level experience in data analysis.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree preferred; Master's degree or higher in project management or related work experience.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 annual, commensurate with education and experience
