Job Description
The Assistant Dean is responsible for providing the vision, strategic direction, and administrative support of the sorority and fraternity community. Through the supervision of multiple full-time staff and graduate assistants, the Assistant Dean will develop comprehensive programs and services that support and engage 42 chapters divided among the College Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and United Greek Council. The Assistant Dean will liaise with campus and community partners, chapter advisors, inter/national headquarters staff, parents/families, and faculty/staff/students as a representative of the University and Dean of Students Office. The Assistant Dean will demonstrate an openness to connect with students and campus/community partners to support a diverse, equitable, and inclusive sorority and fraternity community.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Master's degree.
Five or more years of full time work experience advising and providing administrative support to student organizations at an institution of higher education, with knowledge of sororities and fraternities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in higher education, college student personnel administration, counseling, or a related field.
Salary
$66,000 annual, combined with an excellent benefits package
