Job Description
The Director of Revenue Growth will be responsible for leading multiple sales campaigns for athletic events and spaces in an attempt to generate new and renewable revenue streams for Redbird Athletics. This position will partner with Development in the generation of lead sheets and sales strategies. This position will be responsible for creating a training program that inspires the sales team to continuously improve and drive revenue while maximizing their potential.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. One (1) year of full-time or part-time equivalent experience working in sales, development, operations, or related field. Note: Master’s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year of work experience.

Salary
$45,000 - $50,000 annual
