Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assist the Associate Dean for Academics of Mennonite College of Nursing in all endeavors within the college and university, including management and monitoring of over 300 clinical and partnership contracts with external and accrediting bodies. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of data sources within the college and university for the development and analysis of several internal and external reports, maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The role maintains oversight of the college's national accreditation data management, liability insurance oversight, strategic planning and other data driven projects. Additionally, the role also supports an ongoing strategic planning process and implementation along with control of multiple surveys that affect college ranking and student licensure.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the position.
2. Two years (24 months) of full-time or part-time equivalent professional level business, financial, and/or administrative experience. At least one year (12 months) of this experience must include creating, compiling, and analyzing reports involving complex integration of data sets.
3. Knowledge of:
a. collecting, retrieving, and compiling of data for the development of various internal and external reports.
b. spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence and paragraph structure, and formatting.
4. Skill in dealing with others in work relationships.
5. Ability to:
a. effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
b. work effectively with internal and external contacts.
c. make decisions.
d. use mail merge and demonstrate competency with various software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
e. work independently and exercise judgment in order to analyze and investigate a variety of questions or problems.
