The Assistant Director of Data Insights and Systems plays a critical role in advancing this mission by leveraging data and technology to inform strategy, improve operations, and enhance student success. This position ensures that Career Services operates as a data-informed organization, connecting insights with technology solutions to improve student and alumni experiences as well as employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead data analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights for departmental and divisional decision-making.
• Administer and optimize Career Services platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate trends and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Oversee graduate outcomes data collection and reporting in alignment with NACE standards.
• Collaborate with campus partners and vendors on system integration and data governance initiatives.
• Provide training and support to staff on data systems and technology tools.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or closely related field.
2. Three (3) years of full-time or part-time equivalent professional level work experience in project management, data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
3. Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in related field.
2. Experience working in higher education settings.
3. Experience managing CRM and/or SIS platforms.
Salary
$5,088 per month
