Job Description
The Information Management and Data Integrity Analyst leads data import, data integrity, and data validation projects for University Advancement and is responsible for the state of the data in the CRM. This position is responsible for coordinating data entry, ensuring data-related strategic initiatives can be accomplished, improving the data health of the system, analyzing the state of the data in the database, data security and access management, and making recommendations around data-based decisions. The IMDI Analyst will work with University Advancement and campus partners to manage data import projects, implement information management strategies, train, document, and communicate changes.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. One (1) year of professional level experience with database administration, data integration, information management, or data management responsibilities.
3. Any one or any combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the following categories:
A. College coursework which includes Information Technology (IT), IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
- 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
- Associate’s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months)
- 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
- Bachelor’s Degree (120 semester hours) equals three (3) years (36 months)
B. Work experience in IT-related functions, such as hardware/software support, programming, network design, network engineering, IT systems integration, or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree
2. Salesforce CRM experience
4. Strong communication skills to represent University Advancement to the campus community
5. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to fully develop technical specifications for programming and testing
6. Technical data management experience and/or data warehousing experience
7. Experience working in higher education environment
Salary
$70,000 - $74,000 annual
