Job Description

The Endpoint Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for technology support and services at the Metcalf Laboratory School. This individual is responsible for hands-on technology support across hardware, software, and shared resources, ensuring faculty and staff have reliable access to the tools they need for school-wide learning initiatives. The position manages incidents and service requests through the ITSM, maintains accurate asset records, and ensures data security compliance in accordance with departmental and University policies. In addition, the Endpoint Administrator assists the Associate Director of K12 Technology and the U-High Endpoint Administrator in systems administration work, including server and virtual machine administration, patch management, scripting and automation, and backup and recovery processes. This role also contributes to periodic operational processes such as user onboarding and offboarding, hardware rotations, and technology inventory management.

This role will provide support for systems such as Google Classroom & Workspace, Infinite Campus, SCCM, and Jamf.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
One of the following:
a. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Information Technology, IT Management, Programming, IT systems, or a related discipline conferred prior to start date
b. Two years (24 months) of progressively more responsible work experience in an Information Technology related profession

Salary

$29.50 - $32.00 per hour
