THE MONITOR SHALL CHECK AN APPLICANT'S EXAMINATION TO MAKE CERTAIN
THE APPLICANT DID NOT ACCIDENTALLY SKIP ANY QUESTIONS.
After an applicant has completed a Statement of Training and Experience, Modified
Education and Experience, Informational Supplement, or Supplemental Information
Form, it shall be checked for completeness of information and dates given. An
examination shall not be changed or altered in any way by anyone other than
the applicant.
All examinations shall be completed by applicants at
the examination centers. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the System
Office.
Overlapping dates shown on Training/Education and Experience examinations shall
be checked at the completion of the examination. Credit shall be allowed only
once if experience is listed concurrently, unless clearly indicated that the
applicant held more than one job.
