The requesting place of employment shall send the administering place of employment all material for the examination including the exam number. After the exam is administered, the administering place of employment shall send the requesting place of employment all examination materials to process. If the requesting place of employment needs the score as soon as possible and the administering place of employment is familiar with scoring the examination, the administering place of employment may grade the exam and notify the requesting place of employment of the score. Then all the examination materials should be returned to the requesting place of employment. The requesting place of employment will send the Notice of Examination Score to the applicant and the System Answer Sheet to the System Office.
